1/3 cup butter, melted
1 pound grilled or baked chicken breasts, skinless
1/3 cup hot sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 celery stalks, diced
½ cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup Good Sense® Roasted Pepitas
Slice chicken breasts into thin strips. In a large bowl, mix chicken strips, butter, garlic powder and hot sauce.
Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken evenly among the tortillas. Top the chicken with lettuce, celery, dressing, cheese, and pepitas. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style.
