We seek seasoned professionals with more than six years of experience and a proven track record of building successful, trusted relationships with customers, clients and third parties. Specific industry experience is not required, and many of our successful managers have come from other fields, including consulting, education, law and general management. Simply put, we believe character, intelligence and drive outweigh specific industry experience. We will put you through an intensive training program to understand our products and processes, and most importantly, our customers. As you begin calling on customers, you will be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team that will partner with you.
Our Regional Sales Managers are focused on understanding our customers’ and their customers’ needs and providing value in achieving those needs. As Regional Sales Manager, you will pioneer business at new accounts and manage and expand business at existing accounts. You will collaborate internally with a variety of functions, to include Research & Development, Marketing, Production and Distribution, and manage, externally, brokers to anticipate and fulfill our customers’ needs. As Regional Sales Manager, you are the quarterback across a number of disciplines for bringing value and sales to our customers.
Expect to travel up 1-2 days every other week.
